Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website and our tutoring services. We aim to meet the relevant parts of the Equality Act 2010 (duty to make reasonable adjustments) and to align our site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as far as reasonably practicable for a small business.

What we’ve done
We built this site on Wix and have:
-
used the Wix Accessibility Wizard to identify and fix common issues
-
provided text alternatives for meaningful images
-
used clear headings, labels and landmarks so pages are easy to navigate
-
ensured content is readable with sufficient colour contrast
-
enabled keyboard navigation and visible focus states where supported
-
set the page language and logical reading order
-
minimised motion/animation and avoided flashing content
-
made forms usable with labels, errors and instructions

How accessible this website is
Most of the site should be accessible. We know some parts may not be perfect:
-
Third-party content (e.g., embedded maps, videos or booking widgets) may not fully meet WCAG.
-
PDF or office files, if any, may not be fully accessible.
-
On smaller screens, some content may require horizontal scrolling in rare cases.
We’re continually improving and welcome feedback.

If you need information in a different format
Please email perfectscoret@gmail.com and tell us:
-
the web page you’re trying to use
-
the format you need (e.g., large print, accessible PDF, email text)
-
your contact details
We aim to respond within 2 business days and provide a reasonable adjustment as quickly as we can.

Reporting accessibility problems
If you find any issues not listed here, or think we’re not meeting accessibility requirements, email perfectscoret@gmail.com with details. We review all reports and will update you on actions taken.

Enforcement and further help (UK)
If you’ve contacted us and you’re not satisfied with our response, you can get advice from the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which assists individuals with Equality Act 2010 issues.
